Ricky is the Office Manager.

Ricky serves as a key professional figure in managing and operating office resources, supervising the administrative team, and implementing cross-departmental office projects, with the aim of streamlining internal processes and procedures and improving the service experience for clients and employees.

As part of her role, Ricky is responsible for, among other things, employee welfare, organize team-building events and fun days, and promote a positive and enriching work environment.

Ricky is entrusted with managing the office finances and promotes meeting financial and operational targets, managing the accounting system, responsible for client collection processes, periodic financial reporting, and managing ongoing interfaces with clients, suppliers, banks, accountants, and tax authorities.
