Liel Menaged Shatz

Liel is an attorney at the firm.

As part of her practice, Liel has significant experience advising on and accompanying real estate transactions across all aspects thereof, including complex acquisition and sale transactions, first-hand and second-hand transactions, combination transactions, and lease agreements.

In addition, Liel advises and accompanies corporations, entrepreneurs, and companies in projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including projects for the development of energy storage facilities and power generation facilities, electricity purchase and supply transactions, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, transactions relating to the development of Data Centers, operation and maintenance (M&O) agreements, as well as representation before regulatory authorities.
