Yuval Grosman

Yuval is an attorney at the firm.

Yuval completed her legal internship at a leading law firm, where she was involved in complex financing transactions, including syndicated financings, real estate finance, and project finance, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects. Her work included advising lenders and financial institutions, drafting and reviewing credit agreements, financing agreements, security documents and pledges, conducting due diligence, registering security interests, and assisting with cross-border financing transactions. She was also involved in the ongoing legal support of companies and corporations, including corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

Currently, Yuval advises corporations, entrepreneurs, and companies on projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her work includes projects for the establishment of energy storage and power generation facilities, electricity purchase and supply transactions, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, the establishment of data centers, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, and representation before relevant regulatory authorities.
