Tzvika is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in renewable energy, electricity market regulation, and energy infrastructure.   • Energy Storage Facilities – Structuring both stand-alone and integrated storage solutions.
  • Electricity Procurement – Negotiating power purchase agreements (PPA) with licensed suppliers.
  • Fuel & Infrastructure Transactions – Overseeing factory conversions to natural gas, EV charging station developments, and fuel procurement (LPG, diesel, etc.).
