Tzvika is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in renewable energy, electricity market regulation, and energy infrastructure. He provides regulatory consulting and representation to corporations and entrepreneurs, leveraging his deep understanding of energy market regulations to navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.

His areas of expertise include:

• Renewable Energy Projects – Drafting option agreements, partnership agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements, and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements.
• Natural Gas-Based Energy Projects – Advising on project initiation and development.
• Energy Storage Facilities – Structuring both stand-alone and integrated storage solutions.
• Electricity Procurement – Negotiating power purchase agreements (PPA) with licensed suppliers.
• Fuel & Infrastructure Transactions – Overseeing factory conversions to natural gas, EV charging station developments, and fuel procurement (LPG, diesel, etc.).
• Mergers & Acquisitions – Structuring and negotiating energy-sector M&A agreements.
• Regulatory & Compliance – Representing corporations before Israeli regulatory bodies and advising on energy and infrastructure tenders.
