Tal is a seasoned commercial lawyer specializing in infrastructure development, project finance, and energy law, with a strong focus on energy and real estate. He provides comprehensive legal support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and development to financing, construction (EPC), operation, and maintenance (O&M) for projects in Israel and abroad.
