Denis Ross

Dennis Ross is an attorney at the firm.

Dennis’s practice focuses on regulatory advice and legal support to corporations and entrepreneurs in the renewable energy sector. His work includes advising on the development and construction of photovoltaic installations, transactions involving their integration into existing infrastructure, and supporting statutory planning processes for complex energy projects. Dennis also advises on planning and construction law, represents entrepreneurs and public authorities before regulatory bodies, and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements in the fields of energy and infrastructure.

Prior to joining the firm, Dennis served in the Military Advocate General’s Corps in several legal positions. Among other roles, he served as Legal Advisor to the Supreme Planning Council in the Civil Administration and as a military prosecutor. In this capacity, he provided legal support for planning and construction proceedings, including ongoing advice to planning authorities and representation in legal proceedings concerning complex planning schemes and projects. He also represented the State’s position before judicial courts in administrative and criminal matters.
