He represents local and international corporations in the initiation and development of energy projects, offering strategic advice across various sectors, including renewable energy, electricity procurement, and energy storage.

His areas of expertise include:

• Renewable Energy Projects – Drafting option agreements, partnership agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements, and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements.
• Natural Gas-Based Energy Projects – Advising on the initiation and development of natural gas energy projects.
• Energy Storage Solutions – Providing counsel on establishing both stand-alone and integrated energy storage facilities.
• Electricity Procurement – Structuring electricity purchase transactions from licensed suppliers.
• Fuel & Infrastructure Transactions – Advising on factory conversions to natural gas, electric vehicle charging stations, and fuel procurement (LPG, diesel, etc.).
• Mergers & Acquisitions – Providing legal support for M&A transactions.
• Regulatory & Compliance – Representing clients before various regulatory bodies and advising on energy and infrastructure tenders.
