Eran Goren

Eran is a highly experienced legal advisor specializing in commercial law and renewable energy. He represents local and international corporations in energy projects across Israel and abroad, providing strategic guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

His areas of expertise include:

• Renewable Energy Projects – Advising on the development of photovoltaic (ground-mounted, rooftop, floating solar, agri-solar) and wind projects, as well as energy storage facilities (high/ultra-high voltage and behind-the-meter solutions).
• Electricity Procurement & Supply – Structuring and negotiating discounted electricity purchase transactions.
• Project Agreements – Drafting and advising on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements, O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements, and equipment purchase agreements.
• Mergers & Acquisitions – Providing legal counsel on M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
• Regulatory & Compliance – Representing corporations in energy and infrastructure tenders.

Since March 2022, Eran has been based in London, regularly traveling to Israel while advising the firm’s clients on international engagements and cross-border transactions.

Before joining the firm, Eran served as legal counsel at Rafael Advances Defense Systems and EDF Renewables Israel, bringing invaluable industry experience insight to his practice.
