Mor Cahana

Mor is an associate at the firm.

Mor advises and represents local and international corporations throughout the initiation, development and execution of energy and infrastructure projects. Mor’s experience includes, inter alia, drafting and negotiation of Option Agreements, Partnership and JV Agreements, Design Services Agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, as well as advising on large-scale project finance transactions.

Mor has extensive experience in complex BOT/PPP projects representing and advising both private and governmental entities across all project stages, from pre-qualification through construction, operation, and maintenance phases.

Mor possesses extensive legal and commercial expertise with substantial experience working with both local and international stakeholders, including coordinating complex interfaces among concessionaires, lenders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
