Shir is an attorney practicing in the fields of renewable energy, natural gas, energy storage, and infrastructure projects. She advises local and international corporations on the initiation and development of energy projects, providing legal support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Her practice includes renewable energy projects – drafting option, partnership, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements – as well as natural gas and energy storage projects. She also advises on electricity procurement transactions, fuel and infrastructure matters (including factory conversions and EV charging), and assists with mergers and acquisitions.

Shir represents corporations and entrepreneurs before regulatory authorities and advises on energy and infrastructure tenders, supporting clients in navigating the legal complexities of the sector and advancing the successful execution of key projects.
