Dolev’s practice includes among others, representing domestic and international corporations in energy projects carried out by them in Israel and abroad, accompanying transactions for the purchase of discounted electricity from electricity suppliers and electricity supply, accompanying various transactions in the field of renewable energy, including solar production, energy storage, use of green technologies and production of green certificates. Dolev is also engaged in representing corporations throughout the project (including drafting construction agreements (EPC) and operation and maintenance agreements (O&M)), representing corporations and entrepreneurs in front of regulatory bodies and representing corporations in renewable energy tenders.
