Aran is an Associate in the firm.
Aran’s practice includes, among others, representation of domestic and international corporations with respect to energy-related transactions, regulation and tenders. Aran specializes in the regulatory framework applicable in the energy sector in Israel and specifically in regulation applicable to electricity, natural gas and oil exploration & production, independent power producer projects and renewable energies. Aran has extensive experience in representing clients throughout all stages of conventional, cogeneration and renewable energy projects (including initiation, procurement, licensing and drafting of EPC and O&M contracts), and in negotiating and drafting natural gas and other fuels purchase agreements, power purchase agreements (PPA), financing agreements etc., Aran has extensive experience representing corporations and entrepreneurs before regulatory agencies and advising clients in Procurement tenders and transactions and infrastructure projects (BOT/BOO/PFI). Aran regularly accompanies corporations in connection to performing various types of contracts, related to the energy sector. In addition, Aran represents corporations in matters relating to “green” hydrogen production, a largely developing field in Israel and worldwide.
