Founding Partner

Gal is the founding partner of Olgan, Rub & co.; Gal’s practice includes, among others, representation of domestic and international corporations with respect to energy-related transactions, regulation and tenders. Gal specializes in the regulatory framework applicable in the energy sector in Israel and specifically in regulation applicable to electricity, natural gas and oil exploration & production, independent power producer projects and renewable energies. Gal has extensive experience in representing clients throughout all stages of conventional, cogeneration and renewable energy projects (including initiation, procurement, licensing and drafting of EPC and O&M contracts), and in negotiating and drafting natural gas and other fuels purchase agreements, power purchase agreements (PPA), financing agreements etc., In addition, Gal has extensive experience in representing of corporations and entrepreneurs before regulatory agencies and advising clients in Procurement tenders and transactions and infrastructure projects (BOT/BOO/PFI).
