Daniel is a partner in the firm. A business and regulatory oriented lawyer, experienced in the representation of various companies operating in the Israeli energy sector, among others providing consultation in large tender processes, negotiating and drafting project-related commercial agreements such as JV, IPP, EPC and O&M Agreements. Daniel also regularly accompanies clients in their day-to-day dealings vis-à-vis the electricity and Gas authorities (and other regulators). Past experience includes more than 5 years at the commercial and competition departments one of Israel's top commercial law firms, representing companies in multiple industries, with focus on start-ups and leading companies operating in technology sector. Among others, Daniel provided consultation in various M&A transactions, investment rounds and commercial agreements such as license agreements, distribution agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
